Remote HelpDesk Client Help

The Remote HelpDesk allows your Service Provider to assist you remotely by taking over your computer via the Internet. It's completely safe. The Remote HelpDesk is protected by a high-security Digital Certificate that ensures there are no viruses, and all data sent over the Internet is encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption so nobody can intercept it.

Click the "Install" button to start the installation. There might be an up to 15 second delay after clicking.

This screen is generated by the Digital Certificate. When you see this screen, click "Run"



















Accept the License Agreement and click "Next"



































Enter the Access Code given to you by your Service Provider.



































The Remote HelpDesk is now connecting to your Service Provider, who will take control of your computer.



When the Remote session is complete, the HelpDesk software will automatically remove itself from your computer.
